QW type submersible sewage pump has compact structure and is mounted with various kinds of status display and protective device to make its operation safe and reliable.The structure of pump is characterized as follows:  

The unique seal cable design makes it effective to avoid leakage as a result of cable breakage.

The leakage detector inside the wiring chamber can make alarm noises if there is leakage inside,and then the control system begins to protect the pump.

The insulation class for the rotor of the motor is F.Every phase is quipped with overheat and overload protective components.

Stainless steel is used for the rolling motor shaft.The dynamic balance of rotor is carried out to make pump run more smoothly.

The circulation cooling system cools down the motor rotor,which improves the motor’s working condition and then the pump is allowed to be operated in case that the pump exposes outside the water surface or the pump runs dry.(Not in the case of type of pump under 18.5kW).

Two seal inspections are set up so that alarm noises can be made if any seal leakage happens.

Carborundum or carborundum double end face is used in mechanical seal to ensure that the pump can operate safely and reliably for a long period of time.

The flow impeller design can make pump have powerful flow,block-proof and high efficiency,and it can also make the pump in full head so that it is convenient to make adjustment on capacity and select the right pump type.

Stainless steel is used for motor rotational shaft,and static and dynamic test are carried out for rotor,both of which make the pump operate more smoothly.Domestically famous make of bearing is applied for the driver,which makes reliable performance.

The unique three-layer mechanical seal is adopted for the sealing system.High quality mechanical seal is used for seal,and tungsten carbide is applied as the sealing material,which greatly enhances the wear-resistant performance for sealing.A dislodgement plate is fixed at the inlet of the isolated area.This drives the solid particles out of the isolated areas.

In order to extend the application range,alloy steel is used for the flow part,and jacket structure is applied.So the maintenance and replacement will be quick and convenient.

Even if the working conditions are hard,this sludge pump can help solve the problem.It is characterized by its hardness,wear-resistance,convenient operation and easy maintenance.The agitation head can also be mounted if necessary to avoid the solid particles on the pond bottom from settling down.
