SK、SZ-Type Vacuum Pump

Description

SZ、SK series water ring vacuum pump and compressor are used to pump or compress air and other air that is noncorrosive,water-insoluble and has solid particles.So that vacuum and pressure can be formed in the closed container.There is a small quantity of liquid in the inhalational gas,which is allowable.

Structural Characteristics

Pump is made up of pump casing 1 and two side covers 2,3.And two pipes are inlet pipe C and exhaust pipe f,which are connected to pump cavity by the suction hole d and vent hole g installed on the round disc of side cover.Shaft 4 is installed in the pump casing eccentrically.Impeller 6 is fixed on the shaft by Key 5.The clearance between impeller and round disc on the side cover is adjusted by the gasket between pump casing and round disc.SK1.5、SK3 use shaft sleeve 15,SK6、SK12、SK20、SK30 use 19 to propel impeller in order to adjust the clearance of two sides between impeller.The clearance decides the amount of loss of which the gas flows from inlet hole to exhaust hole.

Packing is put in the side cover 2、3.Sealing water flows from the holes of side cover 2、3 to packing.Make-up water that is needed by water ring shall be supplied from the inlet pipe 17 under side cover 3,and it can be connected to air-water separator to provide circulation water.                            

Ball bearing 8 is fixed on the shaft by round nut 9.

There is a round disc installed on the side cover 2.And there are several lines of round holes e under the round disc exhaust hole g,and the round holes are closed by rubber ball valve.These holes are used to exhaust air automatically when the air pressure between impeller vane reaches the exhaust pressure,which reduces the power caused by too much air pressure.
