Structural characteristics 

• ASP5030 series pump body is supported by feet, and ASP5040 series pump body is supported by the center.

• the impeller adopts balance hole and wear ring balance axial force.

• packing letters have cooling or heating tube connections.

The shaft seal is sealed by packing and can also be sealed with single end or double ends, with cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system.

• the pump body, pump cover, intermediate support and seal pressure cover are all used with taper pipe thread, which increases the reliability of the pipe diameter seal.

• the pump body with a diameter of more than 80mm is designed to balance the radial force of the double volute, thus ensuring the service life of the bearing and the deflection of the shaft seal.

• the standard configuration of ASP5030 and ASP5040 impeller is closed impeller, with wide application, high efficiency, and good anti-cavitation performance.

• the open impeller can also be used to adapt the liquid of two phase flow and the concentration of solid particles (the maximum diameter of 8mm or 10% volume of particles).

• bearing structure and cooling: bearing suspension parts with a radial ball bearing and a pair of installed back-to-back thrust ball bearing, bearing lubrication oil slinger, can also be based on user require the use of oil mist lubrication, bearing surface coated heat sinks, for air cooling (T < 120 oc), also can choose fan cooling (T = 120 oc to 260 oc) and water cooling (T = 260 oc to 450 oc).
