Structural characteristics

1、The pump is vertical structure, the motor cover and the pump cover body design, the appearance is compact and beautiful, and the floor area is small, the construction investment is low, if add the protective cover, can be put in the outdoor use.

2、The pump inlet and outlet caliber are the same, and located on the same Central Line, can be installed directly on the pipe as the valve, installation is extremely convenient.

3、Clever bottom foot design, convenient pump installation is stable.

4、The pump shaft is the extension shaft of the motor, which solves the problem of the vibration of the conventional centrifugal pump shaft and motor shaft. The pump shaft surface is treated with chromium plating, which greatly extends the service life of the pump.

5、The impeller is mounted directly on the extension shaft of the motor, the pump is noiseless at run time, and the motor shaft adopts low noise bearing, which greatly improves the use environment. And the pump's free working time is about three times longer than the conventional pump.

6、Shaft seal adopts mechanical seal, solve the serious leakage of the problems of conventional centrifugal pump packing seal, seal static ring and ring is made of silicon carbide, which extend the service life of the seal, make sure the work place dry clean.

7、The pump cover has a vent hole, the pump body and both sides of the flange are equipped with water holes and pressure holes to ensure the normal use and maintenance of the pump.

8、Unique structure to not need to remove the pipe system, as long as remove the pump cover nut can be repaired, the overhaul is very convenient.

9、A series, parallel and tube diameter are used for the use of flow and head.

10、ASP2091 type vertical hot water circulating pump is a new generation hot water circulating pump designed to optimize the characteristics of the hot water pumps such as IR and NB. 11、The inlet pressure of the pump should be at 0.05

Between MPa ~ 0.3 MPa, the maximum working pressure of the pump system is less than 1.6 MPa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump lift is less than 1.6 MPa. Please indicate system working pressure when ordering. When the pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6 MPa, it shall be proposed separately when ordering, so that cast steel materials shall be used in manufacturing.

13、The volume of solid particles in the medium is not exceeding the unit

Volume 0.1%, particle size < 0.2mm.

Note: if the medium is used for small particles, please indicate in order, so as to adopt wear-resistant mechanical seal.
