ZS-Type Slurry Pump

Description

The slurry pump is characterized by its high efficiency,rational structure,high reliability,easy maintenance and low operation cost.It is widely applied to transport slurry containing solid particles in coal,electric power,metallurgy,chemical industry,etc.The maximum volume density for the solid mixed liquids:Cv≤30%,and its weight density is Cw≤60%.The flow passage is wide,and its flow capacity is great.

Mines:For the feeding of ferrous and non-ferrous ore pulp and transportation of various concentrate pulp and reject pulp etc.

Metallurgy:For the transportation of various slime in aluminum plant(containing high-temperature slime,≤106℃),and the transportation of various slurry in steel plant.

Structural Characteristics

ZS type slurry pump is horizontal,single stage,single suction,double cantilever shell structure.The pump rotates anticlockwise from the direction of pump inlet.Discharge of pump can rotates 8 different locations to be installed according to 45°interval.

Seal specification：

Packing seal：

For the pump whose head is≤0.5MPa,packing seal shall be chosen.And the packing shall be wear-resisting, impact-resistant carbon fiber packing,with outside clean pressure water to flush,cooling the shaft sleeve,so the slag particle can be prevented into shaft sleeve and packing to prolong the service life of packing seal.When external water pressure is the pressure of pump outlet +0.1MPa,external water flow is 1~2m3/hour,small pump takes small value while big pump takes big value.

Auxiliary impeller+packing seal

For the pump whose head is 0.4MPa≤H≤0.8 MPa,auxiliary impeller and packing seal can be chosen.And the packing shall be wear-resisting, impact-resistant carbon fiber packing,with outside clean pressure water to flush,cooling the shaft sleeve,so the slag particle can be prevented into shaft sleeve and packing to prolong the service life of packing seal.When external water pressure is 0.7 time than the pressure of pump outlet,external water flow is 1~2m3/hour,small pump takes small value while big pump takes big value.
