Product introduction

YZ series abrasion resistant slurry pump is a vertical single-stage centrifugal pump independently developed by our factory. It is mainly used in conveying depth of 3 ~ 5 m pit containing abrasion and corrosion slurry. It is designed based on two phase flow theory and reference to the structure of YW type liquid sewage pump. The design of solid particles is considered in terms of its ability, reliability, service life, efficiency and other factors. Adopt mechanical seal structure, machine oil protection. The suction inlet belt lengthened the suction pipe, and the suction function of the pump can be used when the liquid level drops below the impeller, so as to meet the needs of the user to clean up the pit of 3 ~ 5 meters. The pump is an ideal pump for conveying deep pit containing abrasion and corrosive medium. Be transported medium temperature under 80 ℃, weight concentration below 60%, volume concentration below 30%.

The execution standard of the pump meets the standard JB/T8096-1998、GB/T5657-1995。
