Product introduction

ASP5350 series heavy-duty oil chemical process pump series horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, horizontal center line support, horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump with double shell, section and impeller. According to the standard of API 610, "centrifugal pump for petroleum, heavy chemical and natural gas industry". The first stage impeller can be designed as single or double - suction structure according to user requirements.

Sealing system completely according to API682 second edition of the centrifugal pump and the rotary pump shaft seal system design, with various forms of sealing and flushing cooling scheme, suitable for all kinds of complicated conditions, wide use.

Range of application

It is mainly used to transport oil, refined oil, liquefied petroleum gas, light hydrocarbon, boiler feed water and other clean or contain micro-particles, flammable and explosive, toxic media.

The typical working conditions are used for the hydrogen-feeding pump in the heavy oil hydrogenation unit of the refinery, the high pressure coke removal pump and the power plant of the steel plant in the removal of the pyrophosphate in the plant.

Product structure characteristics

1、Reloading the pump body：
